More bad news this morning 😔
We are anxiously waiting for the light at the end of the tunnel 🕳
• The city likely will need us to replace both AC units even though they aren’t broken due to our new sq footage. Eventually we would have replaced them but we were hoping to wait until they actually died before spending $15k (what a thought)
•The city might also require fire sprinklers throughout the entire house also costing close to $15k (Smoke detectors are fine, people. 🔥)
•The grading and drainage surveyors go out to the property this week and we’re crossing our fingers we won’t need additional engineering work after…
