Arizonans for Responsible Tourism supports fair, common-sense legislation to manage short-term rentals throughout our communities. Towns and cities across Arizona already have the authority – and duty – to regulate short-term rentals. While some in our state seek to go back in time to a patchwork of overregulation, we seek a realistic, fact-based compromise that is a win-win for all.
